Hadassah Coral Springs/Parkland presents Chair Yoga with Certified Yoga Instructor Joan Levit
This class focuses on gentle stretches, mindful breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, all performed while seated or using a chair for support. Please wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes. Meet and Greet- 7 - 7:30, program begins at 7:30.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. However, should you have any concerns about participating, please consult with your physician before joining the program. All participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability form prior to class.
