Join us for an informative and engaging evening focused on heart health and women’s wellness.
Shellee Dyne, a certified nutritionist with over 15 years of experience, helps clients support heart health and overall wellness through science-based, personalized nutrition. Known for her practical, no-nonsense approach, Shellee focuses on sustainable strategies that boost energy, support metabolic health, and promote long-term heart health. She believes food should work with the body—not against it—and helps people build realistic habits that truly last.
Learn about heart-healthy eating, come hungry to enjoy tastings of foods you can easily prepare at home, take home practical recipes—and learn what Hadassah is doing to advance women’s health locally and around the world.
