The Rabbis struggled with many aspects of the story in Megillah Esther. The Rabbis created midrash which totally reframes both Queen Vashti and Queen Esther in ways that may surprise you! It isn't what you learned in Sunday School!
Janet Friedman has been a Jewish Educator in the greater Orlando area for over 25 years. She is well known for offering engaging classes and programs on a wide variety of topics. She retired from a career in Information Technology, with Nasa and also completing 38 years with Disney. Janet is a life member of Hadassah.
