Evolve Hadassah in Houston invites you to start your morning with an uplifting outdoor Pilates session led by our special guest instructor from the ERJCC fitness center.
Stretch, breathe, and connect with other amazing young women in your community! After pilates (30–40 minutes), treat yourself to a build-your-own parfait bar and learn how Hadassah Hospitals are making incredible medical advances and promoting global health education. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle and yoga mat or towel. See you at the park!
