Dr. Phil Kibort is a retired pediatric gastroenterologist and was the Chief Medical Officer of Children's Hospital and Clinics of Minnesota for two decades before retiring in 2017. For the past 25 years his avocation has been US Presidential History. A history major at the University of Minnesota, he has been reading and studying the Presidents on a truly daily basis over this time. He has lectured on the topic over the past 15 years, at multiple venues. He also teaches a course on the Holocaust and a course on The History of the Jews. He lives winters in Rancho Mirage and summers in Minnetonka MN.
