Join us for Susan's Singing Bowls Multi-Dimensional Sound Bath Meditation. Singing Bowls are an ancient art to bring right/left brain balance and harmony. You'll be guided into deep relaxation to connect with your intuitive divine self. No previous experience is necessary!

Singing bowl meditation is a gentle way to increase health, balance our heart rate and clear the mind of clutter! Your physical, mental and emotional tension is relieved and released by these frequencies! Wear casual clothes and relax on the couch, chair, or yoga mat and pillows! Bring your own or we supply the comfy items! Men, women and young adults are invited!

Registration: $25 for members, $30 for non-members
Everyone must RSVP by 9/10 - No Walk-ins

About Our Instructor:
Susan Gelbman, BA, LMT has been serving the community with energy healing for her entire adult life and continues to meet new people and challenges in order to evolve. These experiences are gifts to be shared and empower each and every one of us! As a licensed massage therapist and adjunct lecturer, sound healer and intuitive guide, Susan brings balance and peace from the Universal Mind and Heart to this magnificent earthly dimension!
