San Diego Area Presents An Engaging Brunch & Presentation with author Jennifer Coburn
Jennifer will enthrall us with her story about the writing and research behind the Girls of the Glimmer Factory, including photos from her trip to the former concentration camp. She is the author of Cradles of the Reich, We'll Always Have Paris, and six contemporary women's novels.
The Girls of the Glimmer Factory is a poignant and inspiring tale for fans of The Forest of Vanishing Stars and The German Wife about resistance, friendship, and the dangers of propaganda, based on the real story of the Nazi "show camp" Theresienstadt.
