Join us to start the new year off sweet! Learn how honey is harvested by friendly beekeeper, Steve Kokotovich, and dip your apple in honey straight from the source! Learn how to make honey cake with Mimi Markofsky, baker and chef extraordinaire, and participate in advocacy work to help make a difference in the new year! You will leave the event with a pan of honey cake (with baking instructions), new friends, and the satisfaction that you already made a difference in the world this year!

Festive refreshments will be served.
