Yael Magen, an attorney who has studied and worked in International Law in Israel, will help us understand the meaning of terms such as self-determination, proportionality, rules of war, genocide, ethnic cleansing and more. Yael is a member of Hadassah Northeast’s Advocacy and Action Committee (HAAC) and a member of the Hadassah North Shore MA Chapter Board.
